About TCA

Established in 1915, the Texas Chiropractic Association (TCA) is an Austin-based statewide, nonprofit organization of doctors of chiropractic (DCs). TCA is comprised of 12 districts representing the entire state. TCA is governed by a board of directors elected by members. 


The object and purpose of the Texas Chiropractic Association (TCA), as determined by the corporate charter, is as follows:
  • Protect and expand chiropractic practice in the state of Texas
  • Protect and expand access to patients
  • Prevent and fight discrimination against the chiropractic profession
